The Finnish rider Miro Sihvonen will complete the line up for the Husqvarna SKS Racing NL Team for the 2020 season. Sihvonen has long been regarded as a top-level talent, and during the 2017 season, he was often in the hunt for EMX victories and – podium spots. Some serious injuries during the past few years have however kept him from fulfilling that promise at world championship level. He took adequate time off to recover fully, and with the professional guidance of the Husqvarna SKS Racing NL team he will return to the fray.
Miro will join Lars van Berkel in the Dutch Masters of Motocross 500 class. The team will also participate in the Open Dutch Championship 500 series, as well as a number of GP’s, ADAC MX Masters events and Belgian championship events.
Boyd van der Voorn will fly the team’s flag in the 250 class, and Danny van den Bosse will move up to the 125cc class. All four riders are already in full preparation for the new season, and the team is busily preparing the bikes to optimal level for the 2020 campaign. Lars van Berkel will be in action during February 2020 at the Le Touquet beach race. A special bike will be prepared for him for this specialist event.
The team and all its riders and staff wish all their sponsors, supporters and the motorsport community all the best for the festive season, and a prosperous 2020.
